I'm in awe of all your organization! I am definitely coming from the extreme of disorganized inactivity, and trying to achieve something rather than nothing. So I don't think I'm in danger of ever doing too much :) I learned when I had ME that if I push myself too far I end up getting ill and thus achieving nothing at all, but now I'm a little better, I want to see how much I can achieve before I get to that stage. I may have cut back too much.
It is all a balancing act between harmful stress and total inactivity, but fortunately I can recognise the symptoms of too much stress now, and will hopefully not go that far this time.
