If you set DW up to cross post to LJ, you only need to post one post and it will turn up in both places, which is a great timesaver :) In fact, you can probably set up your blog to crosspost to DW *and* LJ. I only post new content on my Wordpress blog - it just gets crossposted everywhere else automatically via the wonders of Wordpress plugins.
