Possible anthology?
Nov. 16th, 2008 07:46 pmThe combination of
margaret_leigh and I posting about how frustrating it was not being able to go on the protest marches about Prop 8 (because we live in Australia and the UK respectively), and Josh Lanyon posting about how Torquere press did a charity anthology to benefit the Lambda Legal fund, made me think.
I'm sure a lot of us who are m/m, f/f or trans writers, but who live outside the USA would like to do something to help. So what do people think to the idea of doing an anthology of short stories of our own? We could compile them together, I could do a cover, and we could publish the resulting ebook/book through Lulu for nothing - and then all the profits could go to the Lambda Legal fund. Is anyone interested in taking part in something like that?
