Software Recommendation

Something I've had to be grateful for this past week is finding a piece of software with which I can post to all of my blogs (Wordpress, Blogger and Livejournal) all at the same time or individually.  And I can do that without having to go to the bookmark for that blog, open up the blog, put in the password, fiddle with clicking through to the input page, pasting the text in and pressing 'publish' for each individual entry.

With this software, I just put my post in once, pull down the drop-down menu to select which of my (far too numerous) blogs I want it to go to, and press 'publish' once, and that's it, it's done.  It's fantastic!

OK, you can't select which LJ icon to use, but so far that's been the only drawback.

Also it won't post to MySpace or Facebook, but given the weird way those sites are configured, I'm not surprised!

So on a cursory week long test, I thoroughly recommend Windows Live Writer with which I made this post and simultaneously sent the same post to my Blogger blog.  It makes updating any combination of my 6 different blogs so much easier!
