Outed to the Vicar!
Mar. 1st, 2009 06:51 pmSo, I was coming out of church this morning and the vicar stopped me with the words "I've just been looking at your website. Gay romance fiction, eh?"
I gave a sort of shrug and smile as if to say "oh, thanks for being interested!" while thinking 'OK Reverend (and by extension the entire church of St. Andrews), now's your chance to show your quality.'
"That's right," I said.
"I must try one," said he. "I'm a big fan of the Age of Sail."
And then someone else cornered him to talk about the Wednesday old people's lunches, and I went forth with joy ;) I now proclaim this national hug a vicar day.

On other news, if you have a book trailer and don't know what to do with it, there's a great new site here: Blazing Trailers where you can put trailer, excerpt, blurb, reviews and buy link all together. I must re-vamp my other two, and make one for 'I Do', and put them all there :)
