Finally, I hope, the story is starting to get going. Tony has discovered that Darren has made off with his wallet, and Tony's mum is about to rub his face in the fact that he is incapable of looking after himself. I seem to enjoy the angst more than the nice bits :)
On other news I went back to the dentist yesterday because my face is still sore and my gum is still inflamed after a whole month of healing. He still assures me that everything is OK, though he can't explain why it's still painful. However he did mention that the little white bits embedded in my gum were bone which was growing more than he had expected and forcing its way out through the cut - and call me a wimp, but I can imagine that that accounts for some of the reason why it hurts!
