Well here I am with a new writer's LJ.  Not much to say at the moment, particularly as I know I don't have anyone listening :)  This was just to shake the cobwebs out!

At present I cannot talk and listen much because I had a hellish shift (this morning, a patient decided to have an acute cardiac ischemia under my eyes) and I'm going home to snatch some sleep before a 12 hrs night shift. But I'm here.

Eek! That sounds scary! I hope tonight's shift is nice and easy by comparison and you have some time to yourself.

I'm glad you're here! How could I not friend *you*? It would be inconcievable :)
